Refund policy

We have a 7-day exchange and return policy, which means you have 7 days upon order delivery date to request for return or exchange for purchases made from our company online or offline.

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be in the same condition that you received it, sealed and/or wrapped, unworn and unused, and in its original seal/wrap/packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Purchased goods that are damaged or not in the same condition as you received them or which are worn simply beyond opening the original packaging will NOT be refunded or exchanged. You should therefore Take Reasonable Care of the purchased goods while they are in your possession.

To start a return or an exchange, please contact us at info@cooberbeauty.com. If your return/exchange is accepted, we’ll provide instructions and process of related return/exchange. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return/exchange will not be accepted.

Please note that all promotion free bonus and free samples included in the original order along with the returned/exchanged goods MUST be Returned in its Entirety in order for us to process refund and exchange when approved.

CANCELLATION

Cancellation from a customer must be approved by the seller, and a cancellation request must be received by the seller via email info@cooberbeauty.com within 30 minutes of the order and payment are completed. 

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Your Order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to:

  • Goods availability
  • Errors in the description or prices for Goods
  • Errors in Your Order

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Your Order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.


EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITMES

  • Private label order is not returnable/refundable/exchangeable due to the nature of order is tailored to your personal needs per your request, thus it can not be re-sold to the general public.   
  • Label layout design service is not returnable/refundable/exchangeable
  • Sale items and Sample kit/Sample orders are not returnable/refundable/exchangeable

EXCHANGE 

We will replace items if they are defective or damaged after evaluation and approval by our team. To exchange a defective or damaged goods, please send an email request for EXCHANGE with the order information to: info@cooberbeauty.com


RETURN

Please send an email request for RETURN with the order information to: info@cooberbeauty.com

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned goods, and let you know if the RETURN is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded for the purchasing amount, minus any shipping and restocking charges listed below, in your original payment method, no later than 10 business days from the refund approval date. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

 

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGE

Seller (We, Coober Beauty) is NOT responsible for any STOLEN packages once dropped off at the recipient's ship to address provided with valid proof from 3rd party courier provider. Customer should report such incident to your local police office immediately and seek for necessary help.

Seller (We, Coober Beauty) is NOT responsible for any LOST packages including but not limited to: incorrect ship to address provided by the customer,  or customer subsequently made changes on ship to address after the initial shipping label (with the original ship to address on the shipping label) is created and package(s) has(have) been dropped off at couriers' location, or customer didn't purchase the "signature required" optional service when placing an order.

To avoid orders being LOST/STOLEN, customer(s) are recommended on purchasing an optional "Signature Required" shipping service with an additional cost associated with at the customer's own expense. 

 

SHIPPING & RESTOCKING CHARGES

A restocking charge twenty percent (20%) of the net purchase price will apply on both exchange and return. Return shipping charges will apply on both exchanges and returns.

  • For RETURN, restocking and shipping charges will be deducted from the total refund amount first, before a refund is issued;
  • For EXCHANGE, restocking and shipping charges will be billed to and paid by customers before an exchange being processed;
  • You are also responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss or damage to the orders/goods of  exchange or return during the shipping process, both to and from our company for purchases made online/cooberbeauty.com and offline.
