SHIPPING METHODS

Our standard USPS and UPS ground shipping methods ship to 48 states contiguous U.S. domestically (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories), with an estimated delivery time ranges from 3-5 business days (standard shipping method delivery date and time are not guaranteed, excludes weekends and holidays), which in most of cases standard shipping is FREE! 

• Express shipping option is available with additional shipping costs apply at customer's own expense. 
• Signature required service is an optional service which is NOT included in our standard shipping method, this optional service may be purchased at customer's own expense to avoid packages LOST/STOLEN.
• Unfortunately PO box address is not accepted as a delivery option. 
• Any fees incurred in relating to subsequent changes of recipient's name, ship to address, and shipping method and optional shipping services/requests are at customer's own expense.

For shipping address in Hawaii, Alaska, please email us at info@cooberbeauty.com for shipping cost quote. Additional shipping costs outside of 48 states contiguous U.S. will apply at customer's own expense. Unfortunately shipping is NOT available in U.S. territories.

LOST/DAMAGED/STOLEN PACKAGE

Seller (We, Coober Beauty) is NOT responsible for any STOLEN packages once dropped off at the recipient's ship to address provided with valid proof from a 3rd party courier provider. Customer should file a claim with corredponding shipping courier and report such incident to your local police office immediately and seek for necessary help.

Seller (We, Coober Beauty) is NOT responsible for any LOST/DAMAGED packages due to following reasons, including but not limited to: incorrect/incomplete/insufficient ship to address and recipient's names provided by the customer,  subsequent changes of ship to address after the initial shipping label (with the original ship to address) is created and package(s) is(are) in courier's possession, or no "signature required" and no sufficient insuarnce (based on purchase value) optional services were purchased.

To AVOID orders being LOST/STOLEN/DAMAGED, customers are recommended on purchasing "Signature Required" optional shipping service, and sufficient insurance based on goods value purchased with additional costs at the customers' own expense, before completing your orders online or offline.

SHIPPING CHARGES (RETURN and EXCHANGE)

A restocking charge twenty percent (20%) of the order purchase price will apply. (a.) For a refund, restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount first, before a refund is issued; (b.) For an exchange, restocking fee will be billed to and paid by customer before an exchange takes place. 

You are also responsible for paying the shipping costs on return and exchange, and for the risks of loss or damage to goods during shipping, both to and from cooberbeauty.com or COOBER BEAUTY (same terms apply on all purchases made online and offline).
